The Admin team at KFSW will have access to your information in order to respond to your request, after which it will be deleted from our web office.
Extra Info for Members of KFSW
As a member of KFSW Church or our community projects contact details that you have provided us on a ‘Connect Card’ at church are held in our web office for the following main reasons:

To provide an interactive web site where email is used to communicate with the users.

To provide a security mechanism whereby we can restrict content to certain groups of users.

To help us to improve the service we offer.
Youth and children’s data (aged) is held with Parental consent and is also used to connect with Youth over social media messaging software.
Who will have access to your information?
The Admin team at KFSW and those that create rotas will have access to your information in order to facilitate church life. You have control over who is able to access specific items of your personal information. By default, your information will NOT be visible to anyone else using the site. If you are a member of KFSW and have log-in access (you can request this from our admin office at any time) you can change these settings from your personal profile page, and keep your info up to date.
